Badlands Trail Run set in Medora

The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation is sponsoring its fifth annul Badlands Trail Run at 9:30 a.m. MDT on Aug. 28. The event is a 10K run, 5K run or 5K walk. Portions of the trail are along the nationally acclaimed Maah Daah Hey Trail.

The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation is sponsoring its fifth annul Badlands Trail Run at 9:30 a.m. MDT on Aug. 28. The event is a 10K run, 5K run or 5K walk. Portions of the trail are along the nationally acclaimed Maah Daah Hey Trail.

Registration for the event will begin at 8 a.m. MDT at the Tjaden Terrace (near the Burning Hills Amphitheatre) which is where the race begins and ends. The race start time is at 9:30 a.m. MDT.

The registration fee is $35 and includes a moisture wicking T-shirt with logo, lunch following run at the Chuckwagon in downtown Medora and awards for various age categories.

Events and Divisions: 10K run, 5K run, 5K walk, for ages 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+.
