Dionne Kinzler and Shawn Haynes, both of Cheyenne, Wyo., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Dionne Kinzler and Shawn Haynes, both of Cheyenne, Wyo., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Parents of the couple are Jay Kinzler, Wibaux, Mont., and Paul and Colette Wolf, Kensal, N.D., and Scott and Robin Haynes, Cheyenne.

Dionne is a 2003 graduate of Kensal High School, Kensal, and a 2006 graduate of the University of Wyoming, with a bachelor’s degree. She is employed at Farmers Insurance, Cheyenne.

Shawn is a 2005 graduate of East High School. He is employed at Richardson Construction, Inc., Cheyenne.

A Sept. 18 wedding is planned at St. John’s Catholic Church, Kensal, with a reception and dance to follow.
