Scholarship recipients named

The Dakotas United Methodist Foundation, Mitchell, S.D., and the Wesley Center of Religion, Grand Forks, have announced a list of scholarships awarded to individuals receiving a seminary education and preparing for ministry in the Dakotas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.

The Dakotas Conference includes United Methodist churches in the states of North Dakota and South Dakota. The names, award, seminaries and hometown are:

Jennifer Anderson, $8,600, and Justin Iverson, both Yankton, S.D., $8,600 (Asbury Theological Seminary); Clay Lundberg, Gregory, S.D., $8,600 (Sioux Falls Seminary); Jo Flesne, Sioux Falls, S.D., $8,600 (Sioux Falls Seminary); Mark Gronseth, Wakonda, S.D., $5,200 (Sioux Falls Seminary); Cindy Larson, Lennox, S.D., $5,200 (Sioux Falls Seminary); Derek Baum, Huron, S.D., $2,600 (Sioux Falls Seminary); and Kathy Chesney, Philip, S.D., $2,600 (Sioux Falls Seminary).
