First United offers video series

First United Methodist Church will be offering a four-week video series on parenting Monday evenings from 5 to 7 beginning Oct. 4. A family meal and child care will be provided. The cost will be $15 per person and $25 per couple. For more information or to register for the class, contact Michelle Brennan at the church office by Sept. 15 at 952-3718.

First United Methodist Church will be offering a four-week video series on parenting Monday evenings from 5 to 7 beginning Oct. 4. A family meal and child care will be provided. The church also plans a new Saturday evening meal and worship service beginning Saturday. The evening begins with a meal at 6 p.m. followed by a casual worship service at 6:30. Both the meal and service will be in the dining hall on the lower level of the church. Everyone is welcome.

FUMC is located downtown between Jamestown Middle School and Alfred Dickey Public Library.
