Waldies to celebrate 50th anniversary
Tom and Jeannette Waldie, Marion, N.D., will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday at First Assembly of God Church fellowship hall, 1720 Eighth Ave. S.W., Jamestown. A program is planned at 3:30 p.m.

They were married Oct. 15. 1960, at the Methodist Church, Dickey, N.D.
The Waldies have five children, Scott (Carmen), Elise (Kevin) Kirshchenmann, Curtis (Denise), Joyce Preston and Clayton (Julie); 16 grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.
The event is hosted by their children.
