16th Annual Gandhi Peace Dinner set Oct. 2 in Bismarck

The 16th Annual Gandhi Peace Dinner is at 6 p.m. Oct. 2 at First Presbyterian Church, Bismarck. Cost is a $30 per-person donation.

The proceeds from the dinner go towards Gandhi Peace Network’s Programs partnering with organizations like the Abused Adult Resource Center, Bismarck Public Schools, Youth Correctional Center, Bismarck Emergency Food Pantry, including programs for United Tribes Technical College Scholarships, Peace-Pole Gardens, Classroom Peace and Nonviolence Projects, Peace Walks, and many other events in the state.

The dinner features gourmet foods from different parts of India.
