Attention Wal-Mart shoppers: Do-it-yourself ear-piercing is not allowed in the store.

An employee of the store reported that the men pierced their ears in an aisle and left blood on the floor shortly before 3 a.m., according to a police report.

The employee told the men to leave, and once outside, they urinated on the side of the building at 2550 32nd Ave. S., the report said.

Officers stopped the men, both 21-year-old UND students, as they were walking north on Columbia Road. While police were talking with them, a cab driver came by and told an officer that she had seen the pair swearing at the Wal-Mart employee and telling her to clean up their mess.

The police report listed the offense as disorderly conduct. However, the store did not want to pursue charges against the men.

It was not clear what the men used to pierce their ears. The store offers free ear-piercing with a purchase of earrings.
