Fargo Municipal court moving to new site

Municipal court sessions and trials in North Dakota's largest city are shutting down for a week as the court moves to a new site.

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Municipal court sessions and trials in North Dakota's largest city are shutting down for a week as the court moves to a new site.

Officials say the new location in Fargo will have more courtroom, lobby and public restroom space, as well as a separate payment window to better serve the public.

Court hearings and trials won't be held during the move the first week of November but offices will remain open to the public for walk-in business.
