Jimmies host Mayville St. Saturday in DAC volleyball

Jamestown College will host Mayville State at 7 p.m. Saturday night in the opening round of the Dakota Athletic Conference playoffs at the Hansen Center. The Jimmies, the three-time defending regular-season conference champions, have not lost a set at home in DAC matches and are 27-3 at the Hansen Center the last three seasons.

The Jimmies (13-1 DAC, 17-12) swept Mayville State (3-11, 5-23) during the regular season.

No passes will be accepted to the game due to it being a postseason match. Cost is $6 for adults and $2 for students and seniors.

Also, DAC Bowl tickets remain for sale at the JC business office. Cost for Sunday’s game at the Fargodome is $15 for adults in advance and $5 for students. Cost at the gate is $18.

The Jimmies (4-5) beat the Comets (2-7) 44-7 at Rollie Greeno Field on Oct. 16. Sunday’s game begins at 12:030 p.m.
