Minn. man is new president of N.D. Chamber of Commerce

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The longtime policy and education director for the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce in Minnesota is the new president and chief executive of the North Dakota Chamber of Commerce.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The longtime policy and education director for the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce in Minnesota is the new president and chief executive of the North Dakota Chamber of Commerce.

Andy Peterson succeeds Dave MacIver, who announced his retirement earlier this year.

The North Dakota Chamber offers programs and services to help businesses in the state. Peterson says he will focus on keeping taxes low so businesses can remain competitive both in the United States and globally.
