Man wanted for sexual assault

A man is accused of using tape to strap down a 3-year-old girl’s ankles and wrists before having sexual contact with her in Langdon, N.D.

Jace Mckittrick, who is not in custody, has a warrant for his arrest in Cavalier County.

According to a criminal complaint filed late last month, the victim was 9 years old in June. That month, the girl told an interviewer that when she was 3 years old, Mckittrick taped her to a bed and touched her sexually while she was clothed, the complaint states.

Mckittrick, who is now an adult, was 15 or 16 years old at the time of the incident, the complaint said.

Because he was an adult when the alleged crime was reported, he was charged in adult criminal court, where he faces a felony count of gross sexual imposition.

Attempts to find a phone number for Mckittrick were not successful Thursday.
