Planetarium show Saturday at VCSU
Two free planetarium shows are planned Saturday in the room 310 of the Rhoades Science Center at Valley City State University.
Two free planetarium shows are planned Saturday in the room 310 of the Rhoades Science Center at Valley City State University.
The first show, “It’s About Time,” starts at 1 p.m. The 40-minute program takes a lighthearted look at the various ways time has been calculated since early people first began observing the sun, moon and constellations.
“Night Skies” begins at 2 p.m. This 30-minute program is a “live” basic planetarium presentation concerning the constellations and planets visible in the night sky. Fall and winter constellations will be pointed out.
