Man sentenced in N.D. crack case
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A man has been sentenced to 2½ years in prison for dealing crack cocaine in North Dakota and Minnesota.
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A man has been sentenced to 2½ years in prison for dealing crack cocaine in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Tyrone Jones had pleaded guilty earlier to one count of distributing controlled substances. Authorities say he bought crack cocaine in the Minneapolis area and sold it in the Fargo area.
Jones had faced a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
A second defendant, Rapheal Murphy, is to be sentenced on Dec. 16.
