N.D. man accused of possessing child pornography
A Bismarck man has been charged in federal court with possessing child pornography. Authorities say some of the images show children as young as 2 years old being sexually abused.
A Bismarck man has been charged in federal court with possessing child pornography. Authorities say some of the images show children as young as 2 years old being sexually abused.
The Bismarck Tribune reports that 23-year-old Brian Kuipers was charged Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Bismarck.
Authorities say Kuipers was arrested in late October for allegedly having 45 child pornography videos on a computer system. Kuipers’ computers were seized and sent for forensic examination.
Kuipers’ attorney Jodi Colling says she is working to obtain materials federal prosecutors have against Kuipers.
