James closed on a $9 million Miami home that overlooks Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove. According to county record, the sale closed on Nov. 12. The home was purchased by Suite 823, the Cleveland headquarters of James’ and Maverick Carter’s LRMR Marketing.
The 12,178-square-foot house has six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms and has a view of the water from every room. It also has a wine cellar, library, home theater, three-car garage, guest house, an infinity pool and a dock that can harbor two 60-foot yachts.
