Staiger, Nelson

Andera Staiger, Eden Prairie, Minn., formerly Jamestown, and Brad Nelson, Elkhorn, Neb., were married Oct. 9, 2010, at Victory Lutheran Brethern Church, Jamestown, with the Rev. Doug Bittle officiating.

Parents of the couple are Tim and Carol Staiger, Jamestown, and Dennis and Beverly Nelson, Benedict, Neb.

Andrea’s grandparents are Harriet Stroh, Jamestown, and the late Bernard Stroh, and Irene Staiger, Jamestown, and the late Wilbert Staiger.

Brad’s grandparents are Merle and Mary Ann Jennings, Topeka, Kan., Ross and Betty Nelson, Holton, Kan., and the late Loretta Nelson and the late John and Maxine Vawter.

Attendants were Tiffany, McKenzie and Mathieu Menschel, West Fargo, N.D.; Nicole and Chloe Suko, Woodbury, Minn.; Lori Walker, Plymouth, Minn.; Sherry Bartells, Jordan, Minn; Jeff Nelson, Sky Martin, Ted Theiman and Nate Hoppe, all Lincoln, Neb.; and Mike Dux, Prince Edward, Canada.

A groom’s dinner was held at the Buffalo City Grille, Jamestown. A reception and dance were held at the Knights of Columbus, Jamestown.

The bride is a graduate of Jamestown High School, Jamestown, and a graduate of Jamestown College, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in management and financial services and a minor in communications. She is employed by Eide Bailly Financial Services as a compliance officer.

The groom is a graduate of Benedict High School, Benedict, and a graduate of the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, with a bachelor’s degree in food science and technology. He is employed at Kellogg, Omaha, Neb., as a quality and food safety manager.

The couple live in Elkhorn.
