Minot officers investigating abandoned puppies

MINOT, N.D. (AP) — Animal control officers from the Minot Police Department are investigating a case in which a box of puppies was abandoned in a ditch in freezing temperatures.

The Minot Daily News reports that the puppies were found last week on a block of 20th Avenue Southwest.

The department is asking anyone with information to contact police at (701) 852-0111.
