Travel alert issued for Jamestown, other parts of N.D.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation has issued a travel alert for western and central North Dakota for Monday night through Tuesday morning.

Conditions are such that motorists can still travel, but should be advised that areas of wet road conditions may become icy overnight as temperatures drop, and there may be scattered areas of blowing and drifting snow creating icy road conditions. Cities and areas affected by the travel alert include Williston, Dickinson, Minot, Bismarck, Devils Lake, Jamestown and surrounding areas.
Motorists are encouraged to reduced speeds, wear seat belts, refrain from using cruise control and drive according to the conditions.
