The southbound lanes on Interstate 29 at mile marker 114 are blocked, the North Dakota Highway Patrol said at 2:42 p.m. today.

The southbound lanes on Interstate 29 at mile marker 114 are blocked, the North Dakota Highway Patrol said at 2:42 p.m. today. Traffic is being turned around at the Buxton exit (exit 118).
