BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Blizzard conditions are still affecting far south central and eastern North Dakota, but the National Weather Service expects conditions to improve later Saturday.

Blowing and drifting snow across portions of the state is continuing to make travel difficult.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation says Interstate 94 from Bismarck to Fargo and the state's entire portion of Interstate 29 remain closed.
