Jamestown Fire Department called out to car accident

The Jamestown Fire Department was called out about 3:45 p.m. Firefighters were needed for an extrication from a vehicle at the scene of a car accident at 803 Third Ave. N.W., according to scanner reports. The victim was removed about 4:05.
The injury accident occurred at the intersection of Eighth Street and Third Avenue. A child was transported to Jamestown Hospital by private vehicle. The extricated victim was transported to the hospital by Jamestown Ambulance.
