N.D. flags to be at half-staff after Ariz. shooting
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Gov. Jack Dalrymple is asking that all flags in North Dakota be flown at half-staff until sunset Friday in remembrance of those killed in Tucson, Ariz., over the weekend.

A gunman on Saturday tried to assassinate U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords in a shooting rampage that left six people dead and Giffords in the hospital.
Dalrymple's request is in accordance with a nationwide order from President Barack Obama.
