Downtown snow removal will begin at 11 p.m.

City crews will begin removing snow in the downtown area starting at 11 p.m. tonight and continue through the night.

Downtown merchants and all private and public schools are asked to have their sidewalks shoveled by 9 p.m. before the blades begin the downtown snow removal program.
