NDCA planning conference
“Creating Possibilities” is the theme for the North Dakota Counseling Association’s annual Midwinter Conference which will be held at the Ramkota Hotel is Bismarck, ND on Jan. 30 Feb. 1. Presiding at this year’s conference will be NDCA President Kris Long of Lisbon and the conference chair is Bryn Halgrimson, president-elect from Minot. More than 300 counselors from all counseling fields are expected to attend.

Dr. Mark Britzman will deliver the keynote address on Sunday, “Re-Igniting the Counselor’s Spirit.” The concluding keynote on Tuesday will be Rebecca Undem from the Anne Carlsen Center, Jamestown. In addition to the two keynote presentation, there will be content sessions relating to issues in all of the counseling and human development areas. These sessions are presented by experts in the field from North Dakota and surrounding states.
