Woman faces weapons charges
MINOT (AP) — A North Dakota woman is facing illegal weapons charges in federal court. Alicia Estabrook is charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon. She has pleaded not guilty.
MINOT (AP) — A North Dakota woman is facing illegal weapons charges in federal court.
Alicia Estabrook is charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon. She has pleaded not guilty.
Estabrook was arrested last month in Bismarck. Authorities say she was in possession of a .22-caliber revolver.
Court documents show that Estabrook was convicted on robbery, burglary, assault and theft charges in Washington state between 1989 and 1998. She was convicted in North Dakota in 2005 for dealing drugs.
Trial is set for Feb. 15 in Minot.
