All proceeds will go to Kids Against Hunger, a program that packages highly nutritious, life-saving meals for starving and malnourished children in developing countries and the United States. The Kiwanis Club has committed to raising $23,000 and packaging 100,000 meals for the organization. On April 16, the meals will be assembled at the old Walt Sanders facility in southeast Jamestown. Four hundred volunteers will be needed for the event.
