Travel alerts issued between Jamestown and Carrington; no travel advised in Foster, Burke counties
The North Dakota Highway Patrol has issued a travel alert between Jamestown and Carrington, N.D., due to ice roads and poor visibility. THe patrol said visibility is down to 30 to 50 feet because of blowing snow and travel speeds are 33 to 45 mph.

Also, no travel has been advised in Burke and Foster counties and a travel alert is in place in Hettinger County due to blowing snow leading to reduced visibility.
