Official: Falling ice injures 5 at Cowboys Stadium

A Super Bowl safety committee official says five people have been injured by falling ice at Cowboys Stadium.

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — A Super Bowl safety committee official says five people have been injured by falling ice at Cowboys Stadium.

Arnie Valdez says the ice fell about midday Friday.

Valdez says one person has been critically injured and taken to the hospital. He didn't immediately know about the others.

He says he could not say why those injured were at the stadium.
