Richman to speak at New Hope service

The Rev. Don Richman, Bloomington, Minn., formerly of Jamestown, will be the guest speaker during the adult education hour at New Hope Free Lutheran Church. Richman is the founding director of the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations Eastern European Missions.

The Rev. Don Richman, Bloomington, Minn., formerly of Jamestown, will be the guest speaker during the adult education hour at New Hope Free Lutheran Church. Richman is the founding director of the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations Eastern European Missions. He will give a presentation about the work of EEM in Eastern Europe. The adult education is from 9 to 10 a.m., with fellowship beginning at 10. Worship is held at 10:30. Richman will lead a service of Holy Communion.

New Hope Free Lutheran Church is a home mission assembly of the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations based in Plymouth, Minn. New Hope’s draft constitution was recently approved by the AFLC. The congregational vote will take place March 20.
