N.D. man pleads not guilty to exploiting children

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Wahpeton man has pleaded not guilty to possessing hundreds of sexually explicit images of underage girls.

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Wahpeton man has pleaded not guilty to possessing hundreds of sexually explicit images of underage girls.

Thirty-seven-year-old Benjamin Hager faces two charges of sexually exploiting children. He could face decades in federal prison if convicted. He's being held until his trial, which is scheduled for April 19.

The Forum newspaper reports that some of the pornographic images allegedly were produced by a Detroit-area man who used his four daughters to create the materials.
