Dewald has chance to win giveaway

A local Jamestown resident has a chance to win a craft night giveaway courtesy of the Do It Yourself Network.

Bonnie Dewald submitted a YouTube video to the network saying why she deserves the giveaway.

If she wins two television personalities would come to the party and provide everything from the food to the materials.

“I would love it if I could win this contest because I do have 10 friends and most of my friends are all crafty and have wise ideas,” she said in the video.

Dewald said she just recently started experimenting with crafts after her children went to college and she’s still learning.

“I am not crafty,” she said. “Everything I do I have to copy from a book.”

For being selected in the top 10, Dewald did receive a printing press kit. If she wins everyone at the party would walk away with a kit.

The voting is open until midnight on March 6. People can vote once every 12 hours.
