Bismarck launching planning process

North Dakota’s capital city is looking toward the future. Bismarck Mayor John Warford said city officials are launching a strategic planning project to identify ways to improve the city.

BISMARCK (AP) — North Dakota’s capital city is looking toward the future.

Bismarck Mayor John Warford said city officials are launching a strategic planning project to identify ways to improve the city. He said Bismarck is “on the cusp of greatness” and needs to be proactive.

Meetings to get input from business owners and residents are scheduled for Thursday and Saturday.
