WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — A new charter airline is set to shuttle people from North Dakota's capital city to the state's flourishing oil patch.

Bakken Air plans to offer flights from Bismarck to Williston and back on Mondays and Fridays. The service is scheduled to begin on April 1.

Each flight can hold six passengers. Cost is $199 per passenger each way, with a $358 round-trip fare if the trip is within the same week.

Paul Vetter is chief operating officer for Executive Air Taxi Corporation, which is running the service. He tells the Williston Herald that passengers will most likely be oil industry employees and business officials coming to the area.
