High-risk sex offender arrested in Fargo
Fargo police have arrested a high-risk sex offender they say removed his GPS tracking device and went missing over the weekend.
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Fargo police have arrested a high-risk sex offender they say removed his GPS tracking device and went missing over the weekend.
Chad Keszler was arrested at a Fargo apartment Tuesday on a charge of violating his probation. Authorities say a citizen tip led to the arrest.
Police say Keszler, who is about 25 years old, has a criminal history of sex crimes with children that dates back to the late 1990s.
