UTTC dedicating center to former gov, first lady

United Tribes Technical College is dedicating its child development center to the late Arthur Link and his wife, Grace.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — United Tribes Technical College is dedicating its child development center to the late Arthur Link and his wife, Grace.

The Bismarck Tribune reports that a ceremony is scheduled April 28 at the Bismarck school run by North Dakota tribes.

The college says Link's support when he was governor made it possible to build the center in 1977 with federal funding.

Art Link died last June at the age of 96. Former first lady Grace Link is scheduled to take part in the UTTC ceremony.
