No foul play suspected in N.D. death

Authorities say no foul play is suspected in the death of a Richardton man whose body was found along a ditch northwest of Almont.

MANDAN, N.D. (AP) — Authorities say no foul play is suspected in the death of a Richardton man whose body was found along a ditch northwest of Almont.

Morton County Sheriff Dave Shipman tells The Bismarck Tribune that the 71-year-old man was found dead outside his pickup truck on Monday afternoon. An autopsy will be done.

Shipman says the man had not been seen since April 20. He did not immediately identify him.
