Celebration being held in Bismarck

Bismarck is hosting this year’s North Dakota State Arbor Day Celebration. The state Forest Service said the event is at 1 p.m. Friday at Sertoma Park.

BISMARCK (AP) — Bismarck is hosting this year’s North Dakota State Arbor Day Celebration.

The state Forest Service said the event is at 1 p.m. Friday at Sertoma Park.

Among those giving remarks are State Forester Larry Kotchman, state Parks and Recreation Director Mark Zimmerman and North Dakota League of Cities Executive Director Connie Sprynczynatyk.
