BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A federal judge says a Bismarck must serve two years in prison for allegedly dealing cocaine.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A federal judge says a Bismarck must serve two years in prison for allegedly dealing cocaine.
Tallon Hoogeboom pleaded guilty in December to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance. Authorities say he received more than 500 grams of cocaine for distribution in North Dakota.
Hoogeboom had faced a maximum sentence of life in prison.
