Show on planets in Valley City
A free public planetarium show is set for 1:30 p.m. Saturday, at Valley City (N.D.) State University.
A free public planetarium show is set for 1:30 p.m. Saturday, at Valley City (N.D.) State University.
“The Solar System” is a fun way to learn about the planets with the help of the Hubble Space Telescope, the International Space Station, the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter and Cassini. These satellites guide the audience through the planets and tell information about each one, including scientific facts, mythology and jokes.
This 30-minute show is suitable for all ages and will be in Room 310 of the Rhoades Science Center. An elevator is available.
