Authorities arrest man booted from halfway house
Authorities have arrested a man who was kicked out of a Fargo halfway house for failing to obey rules and regulations.
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Authorities have arrested a man who was kicked out of a Fargo halfway house for failing to obey rules and regulations.
Court documents show that James “Poncho” Dubois was placed in Centre Inc. on March 4 to complete a federal sentence. He was expelled from the facility earlier this week.
Dubois was originally sentenced to five years in prison for arson and resisting arrest.
The government says in court documents that Dubois should be detained because he's a flight risk and a danger to the community.
