BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon said Monday that an “incident” on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation was under investigation by federal authorities, but he refused to be more specific.

KVLY television reported that two children had died at St. Michael and a person was under arrest.
