Hoeven to give national GOP radio address

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota Sen. John Hoeven is delivering the national Republican weekly radio address on Saturday.
It will be the first national address for Hoeven since he took office in January.
Hoeven says he'll discuss the importance of three pending free trade agreements. He says robust international trade can help jumpstart the nation's economy.
