MEDORA (AP) — The Medora Campground in the western North Dakota tourist town was reopening on Wednesday.
The campground was flooded by the Little Missouri River earlier this spring but officials said everything has been cleaned up and repaired.
Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation President Randy Hatzenbuhler said restoration went so well that campers won’t even know the grounds were flooded.
The campground features more than 200 camp sites, a laundry, two shower buildings and a convenience store.
