One dead in fiery N.D. collision
A fiery collision involving a semitrailer and a tanker truck in northwestern North Dakota’s Williams County killed the driver of the truck.
WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — A fiery collision involving a semitrailer and a tanker truck in northwestern North Dakota’s Williams County killed the driver of the truck.
The Highway Patrol said 35-year-old Paul Frost of Wagoner, Okla., died in the crash at the intersection of a county road and U.S. Highway 2 about 1 p.m. Monday. Authorities said Frost failed to yield. Both vehicles went into the ditch and caught fire.
The driver of the semi, 44-year-old Jon Chadwick of Rigby, Idaho, was taken to a Williston hospital with unspecified injuries.
