March to take flag to new Jamestown hospital

A procession to take Jamestown Hospital’s flag to the new Jamestown Regional Medical Center will go though Jamestown this morning.

The walk will start with a program at 9 a.m. at the old hospital. Hospital employees and guests will walk down city streets to the area around First Community Credit Union. The group will then be taken the rest of the way to the medical center by bus.

A closing ceremony will follow at 10:30 a.m. at JRMC, where the new hospital flag will be raised.
