BISMARCK (AP) — A Colorado truck driver was accused of striking a North Dakota woman in an alleged road rage incident.
Kenneth Eugene Casebolt was charged in federal court with disorderly conduct for the July 14 incident near New Town. He has pleaded not guilty.
Authorities said the 59-year-old Casebolt got out of his semitrailer when traffic was backed up on the highway. He allegedly hit Brandee Brugh in the face because he was unhappy that Brugh had passed him on the shoulder of the road.
Trial is scheduled for Aug. 26 in Bismarck.
