N.D. man arrested on sex charge

FARGO (AP) — A man indicted in North Dakota on a sexual abuse charge has been arrested in South Dakota.

Federal authorities accuse Joseph Brown Jr. of attempted aggravated sexual abuse. The incident allegedly occurred in 2009. No further details were available.

Brown made his initial appearance Tuesday in Sioux Falls, S.D. He was not asked to enter a plea and asked that his next hearing be held in North Dakota.
