Delegation announces FFA funding for ND airports
The North Dakota congressional delegation says the Federal Aviation Administration has handed out nearly $2 million in grants to state airports.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The North Dakota congressional delegation says the Federal Aviation Administration has handed out nearly $2 million in grants to state airports.
The largest grants are for more than $369,000 for the Bottineau airport, and more than $366,000 for the Stanley airport.
The delegation says the funds will go to repair runways, improve safety and prepare airports the winter.
Other awards total about $291,000 in Hettinger, $224,000 in Harvey, $160,000 in Glen Ullin, $150,000 in Mohall, $128,000 in Wahpeton, $120,000 in Lisbon, $97,000 in Cooperstown, and $62,000 in Mott.
