Truck spills diesel fuel on ND reservation

A truck carrying diesel fuel tipped on a road on the Fort Berthold Reservation in western North Dakota, spilling about 2,400 gallons into the ditch.

MANDAREE, N.D. (AP) — A truck carrying diesel fuel tipped on a road on the Fort Berthold Reservation in western North Dakota, spilling about 2,400 gallons into the ditch.

Three Affiliated Tribes Emergency Manager Cliff Whitman tells the Minot Daily News that a Minot company will clean up the mess from the Thursday incident.

The truck belonged to Cenex of New Town. The driver wasn't hurt. The cause of the incident isn't known.
