BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The University of Mary is the latest in North Dakota to go smoke-free.
The Bismarck Tribune reports that the Bismarck campus outlawed smoking effective Aug. 15. It became the 15th college or university in the state to ban smoking on all school grounds.
The University of Mary ban does not apply to its campus in Rome, which is not controlled by the school.
At the beginning of next year, all tobacco products will be banned on Mary's Bismarck campus.
